Terms of Service

These Terms (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Digital Ad Cast LLC, doing business as Amjad Bookkeeping (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the amjadbookkeeping.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”) and the bookkeeping services provided by the Company.

By engaging our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Amjad Bookkeeping provides professional accounting and bookkeeping services designed for small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs. Our core services include, but are not limited to:

• Monthly Bookkeeping: Maintenance of accurate and reliable financial records.
• Bookkeeping Cleanup: Organization and reconciliation of backlogged or disordered financial records.
• Financial Reporting: Provision of up-to-date cash flow and performance reports.
• CPA Coordination: Serving as a liaison to your tax accountant to ensure records are tax-ready.

2. NO LONG-TERM CONTRACTS

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term commitment requirements. Either party may terminate the service engagement at any time upon written notice with thirty (30) days’ notice, subject to the completion of the current billing cycle.

3. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

• Flat-Fee Pricing: Services are billed based on a transparent, flat-fee structure as agreed upon at the commencement of the service.
• Payment Authorization: Client agrees to provide a valid payment method. Fees are typically billed in advance of the service month or upon the initiation of a cleanup project.
• No Refunds: Due to the nature of professional services and the immediate allocation of resources, all fees are non-refundable once the bookkeeping work for the billed period has been performed.

4. SERVICE GUARANTEES AND COMMUNICATIONS

• 100% Reconciled Guarantee: We guarantee that all accounts within the scope of our engagement will be reconciled with 100% accuracy based on the data provided by the Client.
• 24-Hour Response Time: We strive to respond to all client inquiries within twenty-four (24) business hours.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide accurate services, the Client must:

• Provide timely access to bank feeds, credit card statements, and necessary financial software integrations.
• Ensure the accuracy of the raw data provided to the Company.
• Respond to inquiries regarding transaction categorization in a timely manner.
• Represent that you have the right to provide us with the financial data you share for bookkeeping purposes.
  The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions resulting from the Client’s failure to provide complete and accurate information.

6. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES

Amjad Bookkeeping is a brand owned and operated by Digital Ad Cast LLC. The Company acts as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship. We are not a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm; while we coordinate with CPAs, we do not provide audited financial statements or legal tax advice.

6A. FICTITIOUS BUSINESS NAME

Amjad Bookkeeping is a Fictitious Business Name of Digital Ad Cast LLC, registered in Bakersfield, California.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PRIVACY

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Client financial data. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Ad Cast LLC and Amjad Bookkeeping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of the services provided. Our total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Ad Cast LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from inaccurate information provided by the Client or the Client’s breach of this Agreement.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in the county where the Company’s principal place of business is registered.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of these Terms at any time for any reason at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
