No. You will connect your bank accounts yourself within QuickBooks Online, which creates a secure bank feed. We access your QuickBooks account to
review and categorize transactions.
We estimate your monthly fees based on the number of transactions, the number of bank accounts and credit cards, and the overall complexity of your
books. Businesses using accrual accounting typically require more work and may have higher fees.
Yes. All workers must be properly classified as either employees or 1099 contractors. We do not work with businesses that pay workers off the books. If you
currently have off-the-books workers, you must be willing to bring everyone on the books going forward.
Your financial information is secure within QuickBooks Online, which uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols. We only access your
account feed inside QuickBooks Online as needed to perform our work and do not have direct access to your bank accounts.
